1Set a rimmed baking sheet on the center rack of the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.
2In a bowl mix pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon,
ginger, nutmeg and cloves until well combined. Add eggs, eggnog and mix until smooth.
3Pour filling into unbaked deep dish pie shell and bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F. and bake for an additional 50-55 minutes until the center of the pie does not jiggle
and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
