packed brown sugar

salt

cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
ground cloves

eggs

eggnog, plain or flavored

9 inch unbaked pie crust

How to Make Pumpkin Eggnog Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Set a rimmed baking sheet on the center rack of the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.
  • 2In a bowl mix pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon,
    ginger, nutmeg and cloves until well combined. Add eggs, eggnog and mix until smooth.
  • 3Pour filling into unbaked deep dish pie shell and bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F. and bake for an additional 50-55 minutes until the center of the pie does not jiggle
    and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
