Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 7 tablespoons butter, melted
- sugar
- 1 can (16 ounce) pumpkin
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 4 eggs, separated at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make pumpkin dessert

Step 1In 13 X 9 inch pan, combine crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter: press into bottom of pan: set aside.

Step 2In large bowl, stir remaining butter, 1-1/2 cups sugar, pumpkin, milk, marshmallows, egg yolks, salt and ginger until blended.

Step 3In another bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until soft peaks form: beating at high speed, gradually sprinkle in 2 tablespoons sugar: beat until sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 4With rubber spatula, gently fold pumpkin mixture into beaten egg whites: pour mixture over crumb mixture: sprinkle with pecans.

Step 5Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
