I serve this instead of pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving!
1 can(s)evaporated milk (12 oz)
1 can(s)pumpkin or pumpkin pie mix (large can)
1 tsppumpkin pie spices
1 1/2 stickbutter (not margarine)
1 boxyellow cake mix
·chopped walnuts optional
How to Make Pumpkin Cobbler
- Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Sprinkle walnuts over the top. (Optional)
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Since ovens vary, I bake mine for an additional 15 minutes. Check for doneness the same way you do a regular pumpkin pie, fork or butter knife in center should come out clean. Let cool for 10-30 minutes before serving. Great warm or cold! Can be topped with ice cream or whipped cream, but is great just as it is!
