While visiting my aunt in Rogersville, MO, this past weekend, she served a custard pie made with this crust. I commented on how good the crust was and when she told me how easy it was to make, I insisted on having the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons milk

Step 1Mix all of the above ingredients and press in a 9" pie pan. Just mix everything right in the pie pan; don't use a bowl. Bake at whatever temperature your pie recipe states. So easy and good!
