possum pie
I came across this recipe a few times on Facebook and Pinterest. Being from the South, the "Possum" part caught my attention, so I did some research. From what I have learned, this is an old recipe (over 50 years) and was originally published on a Ritz Cracker box. I don't know who dubbed it "Possum Pie," but it's tried, true, and delicious!
