I have made this pie for many years and have always received tons of compliments. This pie is so quick and easy to make. This is a really cool and refreshing dessert. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 package ( 3.4 oz. ) pistachio instant pudding & pie filling
8 ounces cool whip
1 can ( 20 oz. ) crushed pineapple, undrained
9 ounces ready made graham cracker pie crust

How To Make pistachio pie

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour into graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate or freeze pie until ready to serve. If pie is frozen allow pie to thaw 15 minutes before cutting.
