This pie is very good.I make this when i have leftover beans my hubby loves it.u can not tell its made with beans. Taste like pecan pie.

How To Make pinto bean pie

Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake 45 mins in a 325 or 350 degree oven. Can sprinkle pecan pieces on top if want to.
