Not sure where i got this recipe from. It really does taste like a pecan pie.My family loves this recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pinto beans, cooked and mashed( i used refried beans)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
How To Make pinto bean pie (imitation pecan)

Step 1Melt butter; cream with sugar.

Step 2Add eggs, vanilla and mashed beans. mix well.

Step 3Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until firm.
