Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed pinto beans
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 - uncooked pie shells

How To Make pinto bean pie

  • Step 1
    combine all ingrdients, mixing well, pour into uncooked pie shells, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 and a half hours
