This is just about the easiest pie you'll ever make and it really hits the spot on a hot summer day. Even easier if you use a store-bought graham cracker crust, especially since you won't heat up the house by turning the oven on!

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- FILLING
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 6 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 4 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
How To Make pink lemonade pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix crust ingredients. Press into pie plate. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix ice cream, lemonade, and whipped topping. Spoon into cool crust.

Step 3Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting.
