i love lemonade and this is a great pie i came up with

Ingredients

  • 2--- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate, frozen but soft
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2---- 8 ounces cool whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 - 3 - red food coloring drops, optional
  • 1 - 9 inch graham cracker crust

How To Make pink lemonade pie

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, beat well until smooth. Add in the sweetened condensed milk beat for 1 minute.
  • Step 2
    Pour in the frozen lemonade concentrate, lemon juice mix until blended.
  • Step 3
    Fold in the food coloring and whipped topping. Mix well however do not over beat.
  • Step 4
    Pour into crust. Let chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
