This has been my go-to recipe for years whenever I was asked to bring dessert. Once again, it has all the qualities I look for -- simple recipe, easy to get ingredients, and unique taste.

Ingredients

1 package 6-serving vanilla instant pudding mix
8 oz cans crushed pineapple with juice
2 cups sour cream
1 - 9 inch graham cracker or short bread pie crust
2 cups whipped topping, thawed

How To Make pineapple sour cream pie

Step 1

Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice, and sour cream in deep narrow bowl.

Step 2

Beat slowly with rotary beater or lowest speed of electric mixer for one minute.
Step 3

Pour into pie crust.
Step 4

Chill about 3 hours.
Step 5

Garnish with whipped topping.
