This has been my go-to recipe for years whenever I was asked to bring dessert. Once again, it has all the qualities I look for -- simple recipe, easy to get ingredients, and unique taste.

    6-serving vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 8 oz can(s)
    crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 1
    9 inch graham cracker or short bread pie crust
  • 2 c
    whipped topping, thawed

How to Make Pineapple Sour Cream Pie


  1. Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice, and sour cream in deep narrow bowl.
  2. Beat slowly with rotary beater or lowest speed of electric mixer for one minute.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Chill about 3 hours.
  5. Garnish with whipped topping.
