- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup crushe pineapple, undrained
- 1 teaspoon pineapple extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons (heaping) all purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
How To Make pineapple pie

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2beat eggs, add sugar, syrup and flour. Beat well.

Step 4pour into pie shell. pour melted butter over top of pie
