Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple (15 oz)
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding (use sugar free if preferred)
  • 8 ounces sour cream (light, fat free work also)
  • 1 - ready made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 package whipped topping, thawed

How To Make pineapple pie

  • Step 1
    Mix together the pineapple, pudding and sour cream in medium bowl. (Do not add milk to the pudding) Pour evenly into the pie crust and chill till set. Spread whipped topping evenly before serving.
  • Step 2
    I have made this with the individual sized pie crusts too
