This recipe was given to me by an older friend of mine. I was skeptical at first but I get more requests for this at the holidays than any other.

Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
2 large eggs, beaten
1(8oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 - pie crust (9 inch) unbaked

How To Make pineapple pie

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust.

Step 2

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
