Pineapple Nut Refrigerator Pie

1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk - can use fat free
1/3 clemon juice
1 can(s)20 oz crushed pineapple well drained
1 1/8 cchopped pecans
8 ozcool whip - soft - can use fat free
2 pkgprepared graham cracker pie crust - can use low fat
How to Make Pineapple Nut Refrigerator Pie
- Mix first 5 ingredients well. Easiest is to put pineapple in a large bowl, then sweetened condensed milk, then lemon juice, then fold in pecans and Cool Whip.
- Pour into two graham cracker crusts and put in refrigerator to chill. Chill about 2 hours before serving.
- Note that I put that it serves 16 - that is if they stop at one piece!! If you want larger slices, cut the pies into 6 pieces instead of 8 and then it serves 12.
