Super fast and easy and the recipe makes 2 pies. This is a great recipe if you need a last minute take along item to a pot luck or family gathering! Got this recipe from a co-worker in the 1980's!

Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk - can use fat free
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple well drained
- 1 1/8 cups chopped pecans
- 8 ounces cool whip - soft - can use fat free
- 2 packages prepared graham cracker pie crust - can use low fat
How To Make pineapple nut refrigerator pie

Step 1Mix first 5 ingredients well. Easiest is to put pineapple in a large bowl, then sweetened condensed milk, then lemon juice, then fold in pecans and Cool Whip.

Step 2Pour into two graham cracker crusts and put in refrigerator to chill. Chill about 2 hours before serving.

Step 3Note that I put that it serves 16 - that is if they stop at one piece!! If you want larger slices, cut the pies into 6 pieces instead of 8 and then it serves 12.
