I made 2 of these at my in-laws for dessert after lunch. My mother-in-law requested that I make 3 more for after dinner. Then she asked me for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 20 oz cans crushed pineapples, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple juice, from draining the can
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour

How To Make pineapple crustless pie

  • Step 1
    ***If your pineapple juice doesn't equal 1 cup then make up the difference by adding milk.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter deep dish pie pan.
  • Step 3
    Throw everything into a blender and blend for 45 seconds on high. If you like coconut it is a perfect addition add half a cup before blending.
  • Step 4
    Pour into buttered pie pan. If you added coconut, sprinkle a little on the top.
