Ingredients
- 1 large can, crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 medium egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 - baked pie shell
How To Make pineapple cream pie

Step 1Cook all ingredients over medium heat until thick. Cool slightly and pour into baked pie crust.

Step 2Top with meringue or Whipped Cream. Optional: You can add 1/4 cup heavy cream to ingredients and then increase water/cornstarch mixture, cooking until desired thickness is obtained.
