I wanted somthing refreshing an cool in these hot days of summer. it has become one our faves!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 - pre-baked pie shell
  • 14 ounces can of sweetened condenced milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cans small flat cans crushed pineapple drained
  • - whipped topping

How To Make pineapple cream pie

  • Step 1
    In a sauce pan mix milk, water and cornstarch, cook on med to high heat stirring constantly till it thickens as a pudding consistency, turn off heat addpineapple, butter and vanilla. let cool.
  • Step 2
    Pour into prebaked pie shell and spread evenly, refridgerate top with whipped topping before serving. store covered in fridge. Enjoy!!
