Ingredients

  • 1
    pre-baked pie shell
  • 14 oz
    can of sweetened condenced milk
  • 3 large
    egg yolks
  • 1 1/3 c
    water
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 can(s)
    small flat cans crushed pineapple drained
  • ·
    whipped topping

How to Make Pineapple Cream Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. In a sauce pan mix milk, water and cornstarch, cook on med to high heat stirring constantly till it thickens as a pudding consistency, turn off heat addpineapple, butter and vanilla. let cool.
  2. Pour into prebaked pie shell and spread evenly, refridgerate top with whipped topping before serving. store covered in fridge. Enjoy!!
