I wanted somthing refreshing an cool in these hot days of summer. it has become one our faves!!!!

Ingredients

pre-baked pie shell
14 oz
can of sweetened condenced milk
3 large
egg yolks
1 1/3 c
water
3 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 tsp
vanilla
1 Tbsp
butter
2 can(s)
small flat cans crushed pineapple drained
whipped topping

How to Make Pineapple Cream Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a sauce pan mix milk, water and cornstarch, cook on med to high heat stirring constantly till it thickens as a pudding consistency, turn off heat addpineapple, butter and vanilla. let cool.
  • 2Pour into prebaked pie shell and spread evenly, refridgerate top with whipped topping before serving. store covered in fridge. Enjoy!!
