While playing cards at a friend's house recently, I had this tastefully delicious pineapple cheesecake pie and had to have the recipe. It is so easy and light!!!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make pineapple cheesecake pie

Step 1Cream together the cream cheese and sugar; add the drained pineapple; fold in the Cool Whip. Can also be made with real whipped cream. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. ENJOY!
