1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
2 - extra large beaten eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 tablespoon heavy cream
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup pine nuts
1 - 9 inch pie crust

How To Make pine nut pie

Step 1

Combine sugars, eggs, vanilla, flour, cream, and butter in a bowl. Whisk until well blended. Fold in pine nuts. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
