Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    dark brown sugar packed
  • 2
    extra large beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 8 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 c
    pine nuts
  • 1
    9 inch pie crust

How to Make Pine Nut Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine sugars, eggs, vanilla, flour, cream, and butter in a bowl. Whisk until well blended. Fold in pine nuts. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
