This pie is so delicious and refreshing. It was given to me many years ago by a friend in New Mexico.

Ingredients For pina colada pie

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple juice
  • 4 oz
    shredded coconut
  • 3 c
    whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 4 oz
    crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 lg
    graham cracker pie crust

How To Make pina colada pie

  • 1
    Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, pineapple juice together and beat until smooth.
  • 2
    Gently fold in coconut, crushed drained pineapple and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
  • 3
    Pour into graham cracker crust, cover with remaining 1 1/2 cups whipped topping and freeze 8 hours or over night.
