Our family uses this crust for a wonderful chream cheese pie with fruit. My sister started making this crust when we were in High School. She got it from our Principal's wife. Let's just say it's been "over 30 years."

Ingredients
- 6 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 10 tablespoons water
- 2 cups crisco (not oil)
How To Make pie crust recipe

Step 1Blend the flour, sugar, salt and crisco well.

Step 2Beat egg, vinegar and water with an egg beater. combine both mixtures, mixing well. Divide into 6 parts. Freeze extra.

Step 3Roll out crust and place in pie pan. Bake at 375-400 until golden brown.
