phyllo tart shells
I'd always been told that phyllo dough is really difficult to use, but I've found it's quite simple and I've fallen in love with this wonderful flaky pastry! You can fill these tarts with just about anything. Fruit fulling, puddings, etc. they make a wonderful, easy dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen phyllo dough (1 roll) thawed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
How To Make phyllo tart shells

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2lay out phyllo dough on a cutting board. Use a pizza wheel to cut it into six squares. Cover with a damp (almost dry) paper towel.

Step 3Brush the inside of two muffin tins with melted butter.

Step 4Uncover 1 stack of squares. Brush one sheet with melted butter and lay into muffin tin and pat down. Repeat this with five sheets. Continue until all the muffin tins are filled.

Step 5Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
