personal peanut butter pies
I can eat peanut butter by the spoonfulls. Adding Philly cream cheese..just makes it even better. I thought these would be great for a buffett, the idea of them being personal size just makes it great! These would be the hit for any appetizer of finger food party!

Ingredients
- 8 - mini graham cracker crust
- 4 ounces phladelphia cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 ounces cool whip
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup reeses peanut butter chips
How To Make personal peanut butter pies

Step 1In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy, add in powdered sugar and peanut butter, Mix well , fold in 3/4 of the cool whip, reserving the rest for garnish. Fill each pie shell, I use a ice cream scoop to fill each one. Use the last 4 ounces of cool whip for topping, I put mine in a piping bag and pipe on the top, garnish with peanut butter chips
