Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz pumpkin (about 2 cups)
  • 1 can 14 oz eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell

How To Make perfect pumpkin pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 425 degrees
  • Step 2
    Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust
  • Step 3
    Bake 15 minutes
  • Step 4
    Reduce oven temp to 350 degree and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
  • Step 5
    Cool. Garnish as desired – store leftovers in refrigerator
