14 oz eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

eggs
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp
salt

9 inch unbaked pie shell

How to Make Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 425 degrees
  • 2Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust
  • 3Bake 15 minutes
  • 4Reduce oven temp to 350 degree and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
  • 5Cool. Garnish as desired – store leftovers in refrigerator
