Ingredients
- 3 x large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup, dark
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
- GARNISH:
- - whipped cream, unsweetened
How To Make southern pecan pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.

Step 3Pour pecans into pie shell & spread evenly. Pour mixture over pecans. Bake 45 minutes or until not wiggling. Garnish with whipped cream.
