- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon self-rising flour (make sure it is level)
- 3 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon each: vanilla and almond extracts

Step 1Sift together sugar and flour. Add eggs and beat well.

Step 2Bring milk to a boil. Pour slowly into egg mixture. Stir, and add vanilla and almond extracts. Stir. Pour into 1 (9 inch) pie shell.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
