Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon self-rising flour (make sure it is level)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon each: vanilla and almond extracts

How To Make perfect egg custard

  • Step 1
    Sift together sugar and flour. Add eggs and beat well.
  • Step 2
    Bring milk to a boil. Pour slowly into egg mixture. Stir, and add vanilla and almond extracts. Stir. Pour into 1 (9 inch) pie shell.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
