How to Make Perfect Egg Custard
- Sift together sugar and flour. Add eggs and beat well.
- Bring milk to a boil. Pour slowly into egg mixture. Stir, and add vanilla and almond extracts. Stir. Pour into 1 (9 inch) pie shell.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
