  • 3/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    self-rising flour (make sure it is level)
  • 3 large
  • 1-1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    each: vanilla and almond extracts

How to Make Perfect Egg Custard


  1. Sift together sugar and flour. Add eggs and beat well.
  2. Bring milk to a boil. Pour slowly into egg mixture. Stir, and add vanilla and almond extracts. Stir. Pour into 1 (9 inch) pie shell.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
