I always had trouble making Apple pie. It was too juice or to dry. Mom gave me this recipe and now it is the only one I use.

Ingredients
- 6-7 large tart apples peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 dash salt
- 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell and top crust
How To Make perfect apple pie

Step 1Pre heat oven to 400.

Step 2Place apples,sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour in bowel and mix well. Pour apple mixture in unbaked pie shell dot with butter.

Step 3Adjust top crust, cut and crimp edges. Cut small vent holes in top then sprinkle with sugar for sparkle.

Step 4Bake in hot oven 400 degrees for 50 min till done.
