Ingredients
- - partially baked crust
- FILLING:
- - 5 anjou pears (or tart apples or other pears)
- - 2 t. unbleached, white flour
- - 1/8 tsp, salt
- - 1 cup nonfat yogurt or sour cream
- - 1 egg
- - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- TOPPING:
- - 3 t. sugar
- - 3 t. flour
- - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- - 1 tsp. margarine

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 °.

Step 2PEEL PEARS & CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES. SET AIDE. IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE REMAINING FILLING INGREDIENTS & FOLD INTO PEARS.

Step 3POUR PEAR MIXTURE INTO PIE CRUST & BAKE AT 400° FOR 15 MINUTES.

Step 4LOWER HEAT TO 350 DEGREES & CONTINUE BAKING FOR 25 MINUTES MORE.

Step 5MIX TOGETHER TOPPING INGREDIENTS.

Step 6REMOVE PIE FROM OVEN & SPRINKLE TOPPING OVER FILLING. RAISE HEAT TO 375° & BAKE UNTIL TOPPING IS BROWN.
