How to Make Pecan Tassies
- 1Blend cheese, butter, sugar; stir in flour. Chill 1 hour or longer.
- 2Shape into 1" balls (24). Place into small lightly greased muffin tins; press dough against bottom and sides.
- 3Beat egg with brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt just until smooth. Sprinkle 1/2 the nuts in tins; add egg mixture, then remaining nuts.
- 4Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Cool before removing from tins.
