  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans, in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

How To Make pecan pie with dark syrup

  • Step 1
    #1. combine 3 eggs slightly beaten.1 cup dark corn syrup,1/2 teaspoon vanilla,1/2 teaspoon salt and mix gently.
  • Step 2
    #2.stir in 1 cup chopped pecans.1 tablespoon melted butter. #3. pour into a 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. #4 bake in preheated oven at 400* for 15 min. or till filling is cooked , let cool.
