3 1/4 oz
vanilla pie filling
1 c
corn syrup
3/4 c
evaporated milk
1 large
egg, slightly beaten
1 c
chopped pecans
unbaked 8 inch pie shell


1Blend pudding mix with corn syrup.
2Gradually add evaporated milk and egg, stirring to blend.
3Add pecans.
4Pour into pie shell.
5Bake at 375 until top is firm and just begins to crack, about 40 minutes.
6Cool for at least 3 hours.
