12 white soda crackers, crush and add 1/2 t baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
3 egg whites, whipped until stiff, add 1 c sugar gradually
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make pecan pie, ma's

Step 1

Fold egg mixture with crackers, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a greased pie pan. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Cool 2 hours. Top with whipped cream or topping, refrigerate 6-8 hours. Shave chocolate on top.
