  • ·
    pie pastry, prepared
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    light corn syrup
  • 2 tsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    pecan halves

How to Make Pecan Pie for Two

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 4x1 3/8" tart pans (with removable bottoms) on baking sheet.
  2. Whisk together sugar, egg, corn syrup, butter and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Place pastry in pans.
  4. Arrange pecans on top of pastry. Pour filling evenly over pecans.
  5. Bake 30 minutes, or until set.
  6. Transfer tarts to wire rack and cool completely. Remove from outer pan.
  7. Enjoy!
