Ingredients

  • - pie pastry, prepared
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves

How To Make pecan pie for two

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 4x1 3/8" tart pans (with removable bottoms) on baking sheet.
  • Step 2
    Whisk together sugar, egg, corn syrup, butter and vanilla until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Place pastry in pans.
  • Step 4
    Arrange pecans on top of pastry. Pour filling evenly over pecans.
  • Step 5
    Bake 30 minutes, or until set.
  • Step 6
    Transfer tarts to wire rack and cool completely. Remove from outer pan.
  • Step 7
    Enjoy!
