Ingredients
- - pie pastry, prepared
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
How To Make pecan pie for two

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 4x1 3/8" tart pans (with removable bottoms) on baking sheet.

Step 2Whisk together sugar, egg, corn syrup, butter and vanilla until smooth.

Step 3Place pastry in pans.

Step 4Arrange pecans on top of pastry. Pour filling evenly over pecans.

Step 5Bake 30 minutes, or until set.

Step 6Transfer tarts to wire rack and cool completely. Remove from outer pan.
