This recipe came from All Recipes site and I have not had time to make it as yet but I saw on the comments that this pie was great so we shall see if it is so won't we when you try it and let me know! ha ha I plan on making this pie as soon as I do my big grocery shop next week. and I will post a picture then.

Ingredients

brown sugar
1/4 c
baking splenda (splenda and white sugar)
1/2 c
butter
2
eggs
1 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1 Tbsp
milk
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
chopped pecans

How to Make Pecan Pie for diabetics

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven 350.
  • 2beat eggs until foamy and stir in melted butter
  • 3Stir in brown sugar,baking splenda and flour.
    mix well
  • 4Add milk,vanilla and nuts and mix well.
  • 5Pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees then reduce to 350 and bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.
  • 6NOTE:
    Calories 313
    Fat 22.6g
    cholestrol 84mg
    doesn't show the carbs sorry
