How to Make Pecan Pie for diabetics
- Preheat oven 350.
- beat eggs until foamy and stir in melted butter
- Stir in brown sugar,baking splenda and flour.
- Add milk,vanilla and nuts and mix well.
- Pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees then reduce to 350 and bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.
