This recipe came from All Recipes site and I have not had time to make it as yet but I saw on the comments that this pie was great so we shall see if it is so won't we when you try it and let me know! ha ha I plan on making this pie as soon as I do my big grocery shop next week. and I will post a picture then.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup baking splenda (splenda and white sugar)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make pecan pie for diabetics

Step 1Preheat oven 350.

Step 2beat eggs until foamy and stir in melted butter

Step 3Stir in brown sugar,baking splenda and flour. mix well

Step 4Add milk,vanilla and nuts and mix well.

Step 5Pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees then reduce to 350 and bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.

Step 6NOTE: Calories 313 Fat 22.6g cholestrol 84mg doesn't show the carbs sorry
