How to Make Pecan Pie Cheesecake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth. Pour into bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Beat the corn syrup, sugar, eggs and vanilla together until smooth. Spread over pecan layer. Bake for 50 minutes or until pastry is golden and filling is firm. Serve warm.
