Ingredients For pecan pie

  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1
    unbaked deep dish pie crust

How To Make pecan pie

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix white sugar, brown sugar, flour and salt together. Set aside
  • 2
    Beat 2 eggs; add vanilla, milk and cooled melted butter. Mix well - add dry ingredients and pecans to this mixture
  • 3
    Pour mixture into unbaked deep dish pie shell. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Let cool before cutting. Best served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
