Ingredients
- 1 - pie crust (not deep dish)
- 2 - large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make pecan pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400°.

Step 2Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in sugars and cook for about 1 additional minute to blend the sugars.

Step 3Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add the butter/sugar mix. Mix well. Beat in flour and vinegar. Mix in vanilla and pecans.

Step 4Prepare single pie crust in 9" pan (not deep dish). Pour filling into crust. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and then reduce temperature to 350°. Bake an additional 40 - 45 minutes. Filling should look puffy and will just start to crack.

Step 5Cool completely before slicing. Refrigerate leftovers.
