How to Make Pecan Pie
- Prepare a pie with 1 bottom crust
- Beat eggs, add the sugar and syrup mix well then add salt and vanilla and last the melted butter or margarine.
- Place the pecans in the bottom of the unbaked pie crust. Pour in the filling and bake at 350* for 50-60 min. The nuts rise to the top of the filling and form a crusted layer.
