How to Make PECAN MERIGUE PIE
- Preheat oven to 350 degees.
Spray 9" pie plate with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Crush Ritz crackers and mix with chopped nuts. Set aside.
- In mixer with whisk attachment, beat 3 egg whites until frothy. Slowly add granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold cracker-nut mixture into egg whites and pour into pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
