Ingredients

  • 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 + 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 unbaked - pie shell
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup light corn syrup

How To Make pecan cheesecake pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    In medium bowl beat cream cheese, 1/3 c. Sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 egg until smooth.
  • Step 3
    In another bowl, blend 3 eggs, 1 c. Corn syrup, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1/2 c. Sugar u till smooth.
  • Step 4
    Place unbaked pie-shell in 10" pie plate. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie-shell and sprinkle with pecans.
  • Step 5
    Gently pour corn syrup mixture over pecans.
  • Step 6
    Bake on center rack for 50 - 60 minutes until center is just set and pastry is golden.
