Ingredients
- 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 + 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 1 unbaked - pie shell
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup light corn syrup
How To Make pecan cheesecake pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In medium bowl beat cream cheese, 1/3 c. Sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 egg until smooth.

Step 3In another bowl, blend 3 eggs, 1 c. Corn syrup, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1/2 c. Sugar u till smooth.

Step 4Place unbaked pie-shell in 10" pie plate. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie-shell and sprinkle with pecans.

Step 5Gently pour corn syrup mixture over pecans.

Step 6Bake on center rack for 50 - 60 minutes until center is just set and pastry is golden.
