Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 + 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1 unbaked
    pie shell
  • 1 1/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    light corn syrup

How to Make Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In medium bowl beat cream cheese, 1/3 c. Sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 egg until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, blend 3 eggs, 1 c. Corn syrup, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1/2 c. Sugar u till smooth.
  4. Place unbaked pie-shell in 10" pie plate. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie-shell and sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Gently pour corn syrup mixture over pecans.
  6. Bake on center rack for 50 - 60 minutes until center is just set and pastry is golden.
