How to Make Pecan Cheesecake Pie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl beat cream cheese, 1/3 c. Sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1 egg until smooth.
- In another bowl, blend 3 eggs, 1 c. Corn syrup, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 1/2 c. Sugar u till smooth.
- Place unbaked pie-shell in 10" pie plate. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie-shell and sprinkle with pecans.
- Gently pour corn syrup mixture over pecans.
- Bake on center rack for 50 - 60 minutes until center is just set and pastry is golden.
