Ingredients
- 5 cups pears, peeled& sliced
- 11/2 cups cranberries,fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons orange peel, grated
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- - coolwhip, thawed
How To Make peary cranberry crispy

Step 1First pre-heat the oven to 375F. Then spray a 12x8 inch (2 quart) glass baking dih with cooking spray. Then in a large bowl toss the pears, cranberries, sugar, 2 Tsbp. flour & orange peel to coat.Then spoon into the baking dish.

Step 2Next in a small bowl mix the oats,brown sugar & 1/3 cup flour with a fork. Then cut in the buteruntil mixture is crumbly. Then stir in the nuts. Sprinkle evenly over the fruit mixture.

Step 3Then bake for about 30 to 40 mins or until golden brown & fruit is tender. Let cool for about 30 mins before serving. Best served warm with COOL WHIP.
