Ingredients
- 1 quart diced,seeded, fresh (anjour pears only)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
How To Make pear pie or pear streusel

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into pie shell.

Step 2Mix topping until crumbly and spread on top of pears in crust.

Step 3Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes then lower heat to 350 F and bake till golden brown (40 minutes)
