Ingredients
- - pie pastry, prepared
- 2 - ripe pears, peeled and sliced thick
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
How To Make pear pie for two

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place 2 4.9" pie plates on baking sheet.

Step 2Line pie plates with pie pastry.

Step 3Combine pears and brown sugar. Fill pie plates with pears.

Step 4Dot top of pears with butter.

Step 5Cover with pie pastry, vent top of pastry with knife.

Step 6Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is brown and filling is bubbly.

Step 7Let cool on wire rack.
