Pear Pie for Two
- pie pastry, prepared
- ripe pears, peeled and sliced thick
- 1 Tbsp
- 1/8 c
- brown sugar
How to Make Pear Pie for Two
- 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place 2 4.9" pie plates on baking sheet.
- 2Line pie plates with pie pastry.
- 3Combine pears and brown sugar. Fill pie plates with pears.
- 4Dot top of pears with butter.
- 5Cover with pie pastry, vent top of pastry with knife.
- 6Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is brown and filling is bubbly.
- 7Let cool on wire rack.
