2ripe pears, peeled and sliced thick
1/8 cbrown sugar
How to Make Pear Pie for Two
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place 2 4.9" pie plates on baking sheet.
- Line pie plates with pie pastry.
- Combine pears and brown sugar. Fill pie plates with pears.
- Dot top of pears with butter.
- Cover with pie pastry, vent top of pastry with knife.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is brown and filling is bubbly.
- Let cool on wire rack.
