Ingredients

  • 1 package 16oz nutter butter cookies
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package 8 oz frozen whipped topping,, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs, reserved from crust
  • 24 - reese's mini peanut butter cups

How To Make peanut butter pie with nutter butter crust

  • Step 1
    For Crust
  • Step 2
    Process cookies in food processor until fine crumbs form. Reserve 2 Tbsps. for topping.
  • Step 3
    In a medium bowl combine cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie plate.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes or until crust is set. Cool completely.
  • Step 5
    For Pie

    In a large bowl combine peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and about half of the whipped topping. Beat until smooth. Fold in remaining whipped topping.
  • Step 7
    Spread evenly into pie crust.

    For Topping

    Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top of pie. Line the outer edge of pie with Reese's mini peanut butter cups.
  • Step 10
    Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 1 hour.
  • Step 11
    Cut and serve. Store in refrigerator.
