Ingredients
- 1 package 16oz nutter butter cookies
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package 8 oz frozen whipped topping,, thawed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs, reserved from crust
- 24 - reese's mini peanut butter cups
How To Make peanut butter pie with nutter butter crust

Step 1For Crust

Step 2Process cookies in food processor until fine crumbs form. Reserve 2 Tbsps. for topping.

Step 3In a medium bowl combine cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9 inch pie plate.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes or until crust is set. Cool completely.

Step 5For Pie

Step 6In a large bowl combine peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and about half of the whipped topping. Beat until smooth. Fold in remaining whipped topping.

Step 7Spread evenly into pie crust.

Step 8For Topping

Step 9Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top of pie. Line the outer edge of pie with Reese's mini peanut butter cups.

Step 10Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 1 hour.

Step 11Cut and serve. Store in refrigerator.
