My family has eaten this pie for ages. It will make 2 pies and they're so easy to make, and they freeze really well. Typically, I will make one in a standard ready-made graham cracker crumb crust and the second in a chocolate crust. I've never made it with crunchy peanut butter, but I don't know why it wouldn't work . . .

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 - 16-ounce container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 - ready-made pie crusts (your choice)

How To Make peanut butter pie(s)

  • Step 1
    In mixer, blend together soften cream cheese and peanut butter.
  • Step 2
    Slowly add sifted confectioners' sugar. Slowly beat until all ingredients are blended.
  • Step 3
    FOLD IN entire 16-ounce container of thawed whipped topping. Pour into pie crusts and freeze until needed.
