I believe that this was named "president's Pie" in honour of Jimmy Carter - at least that is the story that I was told growing up. Enjoy!

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
8 ounces cool whip
1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make peanut butter pie (presidents pie)

Step 1

beat cream cheese, peanut butter, confectioners sugar and milk together till creamy.

Step 2

Fold in cool whip.
Step 3

Fill graham cracker crust with cream cheese mixture and freeze until firm. Slice and serve.
