Ingredients

1 8oz pkg
cream cheese, softened
1 c
peanut butter, creamy
1/2 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
3 c
whipped topping, divided
1 6oz
chocolate cookie pie crust
1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to Make Peanut Butter Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping. Spoon into prepared crust.
  • 2In a microwaveable bowl add remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Wisk chocolate mixture until chocolate is completely melted.
  • 3Spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
