Ingredients

  • 1 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups whipped topping, divided
  • 1 6oz - chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make peanut butter pie

  • Step 1
    Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping. Spoon into prepared crust.
  • Step 2
    In a microwaveable bowl add remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Wisk chocolate mixture until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Step 3
    Spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
