How to Make Peanut Butter Pie
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping. Spoon into prepared crust.
- In a microwaveable bowl add remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Wisk chocolate mixture until chocolate is completely melted.
- Spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
