peanut butter pie
This pie can be doubled and put one in the freezer for when company comes. Just before serving pie take out of the freezer about 15 minutes. Note: You can either put salted peanuts on top of pie or put inside of pie chopped fine.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1 large container whip cream (or cool whip)
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts
How To Make peanut butter pie

Step 1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter; mix well. Gradually add the milk. Fold in whipped topping, Spoon into the crust.

Step 2Sprinkle with peanuts on top of pie or chopped fine inside of pie.

Step 3Chill in freezer overnight.
